APPLETON, Wis–Appleton Police recommend charges against a suspect in a downtown shooting earlier this winter. Ferris Robinson of Menasha is accused of firing shots at a group of people during a disturbance in the 500-block of West College Avenue on November 25th. One person was injured.
Robinson fled the scene, but was arrested on a probation violation and various warrants on December 15th. Investigators are recommending charges of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide and Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
