May is Beef Month! Join us, in partnership with the Wisconsin Beef Council, for Beef Fest on May 20 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. A day to celebrate and learn about the beef industry in Wisconsin! Beef Fest attendees will find several hands-on activities throughout the building, including stations about beef nutrition, cattle roping, beef byproducts, and sustainability. Crescent Meats will also be at the event doing a sausage-making demonstration. This demonstration will take place at 11:30 am. The Burgers & Buns Fun Run organized by the Wisconsin Beef Council will be taking place on this same day.
