The American Cancer Society is pleased to announce the 1st Annual "Forever Young" Adult Prom!

This fun evening will feature a silent auction, photo booth, prom photos, crowning of the King and Queen, cash bar, and Hors d'oeuvres. Join us for a night to remember!

Prom will be held in the Wolf Room of the Radisson Hotel - map coming soon!

Admission: $30

Registering/Purchasing Tickets:

You can register and purchase your ticket online by clicking the SIGN UP button, or stop in at the local office in Green Bay to purchase tickets. If you register online you will not receive a ticket, but be added to the registration list. When you come to the event we will check you in using that list.
