OSHKOSH, Wis. — Oshkosh police are investigating a string of vandalism incidents.
Graffiti was written on several dumpsters, street signs, a light pole, a barrel, a building wall and a window this week.
The incidents took place in the 1000 to 1400 blocks of Oregon Street and the 100 block of W. 7th Avenue.
A suspect was captured on surveillance video.
