GREEN BAY, Wis–The artist that created a controversial sculpture that adorned downtown Appleton has a new piece placed in Green Bay. Paul Bobrowitz has donated “BirdWomanTree” to a site on the west side of the city.
Bobrowitz sculpted “The Collective”, which was a giant head formed by dozens of faces painted on propane gas tanks placed at the foot of the College Avenue bridge until 2021.
