BEAVER DAM, Wis. — A Middleton man is arrested after allegedly stopping traffic in Dodge County to demand cash from drivers.
William McCann reportedly cut off vehicles along U.S. Highway 151 in Beaver Dam on Sunday, got out of his car and demanded money from the other drivers.
When police arrived on the scene, McCann allegedly drove off and led officers on a high-speed chase, which ended when his tires were blown out.
Criminal charges are pending.
