Alt-rock staples Yellowcard are back with a new twist on a song from their 2025 album Better Days. The band just dropped a fresh radio version of ‘Bedroom Posters’, this time featuring Good Charlotte. And honestly, it feels like a crossover years in the making.
“The new single, ‘Bedroom Posters,’ is for anyone who holds memories of their hometown near and dear…”, lead vocalist Ryan Key said. “Have you ever come back to visit your hometown and felt crushed by all the memories that led up to the day you left? Have you ever felt like settling down somewhere meant giving up your dream? If so, “Bedroom Posters” is for you.”
Key goes on to share:
“We all felt like ‘Bedroom Posters’ was a really special song when we were making the record. The power behind Joel’s vocals take it to an even more impactful place that can truly take you back to the bedroom where you fell in love with your favorite band for the first time.”
Good Charlotte vocalist Joel Madden said of the collaboration:
“GC and Yellowcard finally have a song together, and it feels so right. I love this band and this song, and I’m so happy we got the GCXYC collab. And now we are going on tour! This is our love language and I hope everyone that listens feels the love that both our bands have for each other, our fans, and for the music. I can’t wait for the tour!”
And if the new music has you itching to see Yellowcard live, you’re in luck. After tearing it up on the road with A Day To Remember last year, Yellowcard announced a massive summer U.S. tour with New Found Glory and Plain White T’s, with a tour stop at Landmark Credit Union Live in Milwaukee on May 17th.

Bottom line: if you grew up blasting these bands with posters on your wall, this collab hits exactly where it should. Keep “Bedroom Posters” loud and maybe prepare for a little nostalgia overload.
