Mayday Parade has released a brand new single called “Pretty Good to Feel Something.” No word on a new album but frontman Derek Sanders said of the track:
“‘Pretty Good To Feel Something’ is a song about bad things happening that alter your life and how eventually you have to let those things go and move forward. It’s about appreciating what’s left after it’s all said and done.”
The song arrives as the band just kicked off their Sad Summer Tour which will make a stop at The Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee on Friday, July 19th. The tour lineup includes the Wonder Years, We The Kings, Real Friends, Knuckle Puck, and Daisy Grenade.
Last year we spoke with Mayday Parade frontman Derek Sanders. He spoke about how music has changed since he started writing, why they write a lot about love, and more. Check out the full interview below.
