WILLOW has released her latest single, “Alone,” her first new music since the album COPINGMECHANISM which came out in 2022.
According to Alternative Press, the song is also her first release with her new label partner Three Six Zero Recordings. It has a very unique beat and vocals, showcasing the singer’s inner thoughts and her journey to finding comfort in her solitude.
Per RTT News, in an interview, WILLOW explained her thoughts on solitude saying, “Solitude can become one of our biggest teachers and tools if we truly want to know ourselves completely. I think solitude can be scary for humans sometimes. There is so much space to remember and reflect on things that may be really painful for us.“
She continued, “But in my experience, when we open ourselves to this specific flavor of groundlessness, we begin to see the inner workings of our minds and hearts in so many beautiful ways that allow us to interact with life with more honesty and presence.”
